Billing basics
Companion is free forever - no credit card, ever. Coach is a subscription you can pay monthly or annually; annual saves you money. Individual programs and the Self-Guided Bundle are one-time purchases, yours to keep for life.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a subscription yourself, one click, no phone call, from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're not billed again. Your account and history stay - you simply move back to Companion.
Refunds
Subscription (Coach):
• Full refund if you email us within 30 days of your original purchase - that's your first payment only.
• After 30 days: cancel anytime and billing stops immediately going forward - you're never charged again - but payments already made are not refunded.
Individual programs & the Self-Guided Bundle ($8.14 / $18.14): never refundable - they're instant-delivery content you keep immediately.

What Riley remembers
Riley's long-term memory - carrying your history and context across sessions - is part of Coach. On Companion (the free plan), Riley is fully present in the moment and every topic is open, with a lighter memory of past sessions. Whatever your plan, your data is always yours (see how we handle your data).
If you downgrade
Nothing you shared is deleted when you move to a lower plan. Some features (like long-term memory or the trackers) pause, and they light back up if you upgrade again - your history is right where you left it.
Delete your account or data
You're in control. From account settings you can export or permanently delete everything, anytime. Full detail is on our data and privacy pages.
Is Riley a real person?
No - Riley is an AI companion, and always honest about that. Here's how she works & keeps you safe. If you're ever in crisis, call or text 988, or 911 in an emergency.
